We took Kia for her first grooming in Albuquerque. Not only did Petsmart shave her (we never knew she was so tiny!), we had to take her to the vet after the groomer "nicked" her leg. The "nick," as the groomer described, led to two staples and ten days of antibiotics. Thankfully, Petsmart paid the vet bill. We know she will be back to her normal fluffy self in a few weeks!The bottom picture is what Kia looked like after a visit to the groomer in Japan. I didn't know how fortunate we were to have such a great groomer!

Poor Kia, Maybe next haircut take the picture from Japan groomer, only not to petsmart!
Be sure and take the picture of her Japan haircut to the groomer next time, preferably not back to petsmart, poor Kia.
